"Enjoy" is Tommy's interpretation of just "letting it go, letting it be". Whatever feeling overtakes Tommy is what he's going to go with. The strong synth stabs give the song a danceability that matches Tommy's message. "I try to fly, no captain" is Tommy just letting his emotions take the wheel and trusting where they take him.
